    The owner showed lack of respect toward me and a lack of professionalism in numerous ways. He wore an offensive sweatshirt during much of our interaction. He asked me 3 times if I wanted him the take the inappropriate sweatshirt off. When I told him how degrading the image was toward women, and that the sexualization and subjugation of women was not helpful, he pointed to another part of the image and said, You dont like my hotrod? The meeting with the owner took place after I called ahead to ask for an estimate of damage for insurance purposes. I did not seek any other service. Without my consent, the owner used his hands to push out a dent in my bumper cover. I still needed to drive my vehicle which was compromised and fragile due to a collision with a deer. I did not want to risk any more damage. The owner did not stop pushing on the bumper cover when asked to remove his hands. Due to this disrespectful activity, I do not recommend doing business at this place just west of *********. Fortunately I was able to drive the 80 miles to ********* and had the estimate done. Had zero problems with the person doing the estimate or with the shop in general.BJs paint and body shop is a place to be avoided. I am even afraid of retaliation from others in the community due to writing this BBB review.
