    Owner, ***************, caused extensive damage to my fence while working on a neighbors landscaping. He broke apart panels from corner post on my fence with a skid steer. This made my fence, extremely unstable and created gaps, allowing my small dog to get loose and almost be killed. He did call me when he caused the damage and promised to fix the entire fence. We maintained communication until the February timeframe where he stopped communicating with me completely. I have text messages confirming that he was going to send me a contract which she never did. I made the mistake to trust him and assume that he was an honest businessman who would be good to his word. Since I have made several additional phone calls and sent text messages without a response. In addition, he also damaged my neighbors fence at the same time. He made promises to her as well that he would fix the fence. If I cannot make contact with him, I will be seeking legal ramifications and pressing charges for the vandalism caused to my fence. The initial damage occurred during the summer of 2023, But I did not take action as I trusted that he would repair the fence as he promised. His website URL is no longer functioning. His ***************** page has had limited activity for the last six months.
