    Signed a contract with Sizzlin S Construction in June 2023. Gave a down payment of $45,000. Since then, we have had extremely poor communication from them. we have called and texted them about an update on build but have gone weeks without any communication back from them. When they did communicate back, they kept saying they had concrete company lined up but have yet to have concrete poured. They have told us 3 times that they have someone available to pour and yet no one has shown up. Asked to meet with the builders (***** and ****) in person to discuss these issues after several warnings about our frustration with lack of communication. They never communicated back. They dropped the trusses off in our yard without warning the day of the first snow storm. Asked them repeatedly what the plan was and no communication. Texted them that we don't want trusses in our yard all winter to warp and rot. No communication back. Texted them on November 8th that we want our payment back in full and trusses out of our yard in 1 week. They came to get trusses out of the yard on November 15 without any communication that they were doing so and have not received any refund.
