    At the car wash in ******************, I pulled up to the stand. There was an attendant there to help. I told him I wanted one month of unlimited car washes. He himself selected everything on the screen. I could not see anything and swiped my credit card. I was not told anything about a subscription nor did I agree to one. I did not give approval for them to hold in to my card information. One month later they billed my card for another month. I contacted the company and they refused to issue a refund. They claimed I received a text and agreed to their terms. I received a text but did not agree to anything and it did not say anything about a subscription. They said they canceled my membership. There are reviews by others who have had the same experience. Please make them stop and refund my money.

    **************************** was explained that he needed to cancel his subscription before the renewal date he also sent a text message with that same information he didnt cancel so his account was still active we chose or forget to cancel Tidal Wave Auto Spa wont issue a refund

     I am rejecting this response because:

    Again there was no mention of terms in a text or at the time of first payment. I believe this is an illegal act and if this is not resolved with a refund, my lawyer has told me he is ready to take legal action on my behalf. She has been in contact with several other parties that have had the same experience with Tidal Wave. This is the first step in starting a class action lawsuit against Tidal Wave. I have video of the first interaction with the attendant at the booth at Tidal Wave. I have copies of the texts received. No mention of subscription.
