    Terrible Experience. Booked two months in advance with Aeroplan points. I showed up in the evening, tired, with a confirmation number, only to be told they were totally booked. Front desk guy was slow. I told him to call the manager. He said she would yell at him for waking her up. I said I don't care, I would like to be sleeping in a bed as well.She was on speaker phone, told me she never heard of Aeroplan and there was nothing she could do. I said they had already taken my points and I needed a place to sleep. Was there anything, anywhere? She told me to leave or they would call the cops. I couldn't believe it. I've since learned this dump caters to low-income, long term renters, homeless and people with drug problems. Stay away from the ************* in *****. Aeroplan refunded my points.
