    The service department claims my Whirlpool washing machine is working as intended even though it used to fill up all the way on Deep Water Wash, for the first 8 months I had it, but for the past 4 months it doesnt even fill up half way. Ive been battling their service department for the past 4 months. After receiving an insulting note from their service tech today, I called to complain. The service manager, yelled at me, said I was wrong/lying, that it never filled up more then it is now, told me to have a nice f****** day, and hung up on me (employee-Neome). I could go on and on about this company and its all very bad. So now Im stuck with a washer that has manufacture warranty but doesnt work. The manufacturer (Whirlpool) wont do anything more because Karls called them and said the washer is working as intended. I was told that any additional service requests would be paid by me out of pocket and of course they arent going to go back on the position they have taken that the washer works. This was not my first miserable experience with them. I also have family members who have similar experiences as mine. I should have learned my ****** years ago but I was desperate for a washer a year ago in February when mine (that was also from them) quit, and they were the only ones in town with a washer in stock. It was going to be months for them to come look at the one that was not working so I just bought another one.
