MORE Properties is a property manager that handles my investment property in **. MORE has not done anything to promote the available units. They have listed one of the units on their website as available, but have not posted any pictures for over 4 months despite many calls and emails to them. They failed to inform me when the tenant in the top unit moved out as well, I only found out when I went to the landlord portal they provide. The top unit has been available for rent since the first of June and MORE has not listed the property anywhere as available. Every time I reach out I get the run-around on why the property is not listed. Previously is was that their website was not working properly and it was an IT error which they said they would get resolved right away. It has not been completed. The latest excuse is that they heard I had listed the property for sale and they would no longer be managing the property because it is for sale. There was no follow up phone call or messaging from them regarding the possible "for sale". There is no MLS listing for this property, and I have not signed a sellers agreement with any realtor, nor have I notified MORE directly that I am listing the property. I have called several times today (8/2) asking to speak to the owner or manager and no-one will call me back regarding the units being empty and not being listed as available for rent with accurate pictures and descriptions. The person answering the phone said they would be sending the cleaners out to for unit #5 and that is why it is not listed. The unit does not need cleaned as I personally cleaned the unit, and it maybe needs a quick dusting.

Property was advertised not only on MORE Properties website but also on the below web sites.  Pictures may not have been provided but a description of the property along with the address and price of rent was included in the advertisement. The apartment was shown multiple times a week however due to location, quality of the unit, and the amount of non-qualified tenants that applied the unit sat vacant for several months.  This should not have been a surprise to the owner as we did indicate to the owner that due to the location and due to his decision to increase the rent, we felt the units would remain open longer than normal. The owner did do some painting and a few updates to this unit before it was put up for rent and updated our office once those updates were complete so that we could begin advertising, it was during this time that our office was contacted by a relator discussing the sale of this property thus causing confusion in the office as to our continued management of this property therefor updated pictures where not taken for advertisement purposes.  Once our office was in communication with the owner and communication cleared our office went to the unit to take updated pictures to post on our web site and found that the apartment was very, very dirty not just dusty as described by the owner and pictures could not be taken and placed on our web site in the state the apartment was in.  The owner was told once the apartment was cleaned by the staff that pictures would be taken, and the web site updated however we rented the unit right after the apartment was cleaned therefor not needing to update the website
