    This guy was the only tech in the area that Whirlpool recommended for the repair of my washing machine. I called and scheduled a repair of my 3 month old washing machine. They showed up at the time that was scheduled. Said they found the issue and ordered the part. Said it would be a month or so before it was fixed. So there I went and bought a new washing machine in the meantime. They came back some 4-6 weeks later and said it was all good to go. Went to use it about a year later and the machine was still broken with the same error codes. Called this guy and he went out of business. Called Maytag and said its my problem. So I got scammed by this guy. Would give 0 stars if possible.

    This was the weirdest and most disappointing experience I've had. The tech came out (and scratched the top of my brand new dryer), said what needed to be fixed, and just left with no further details. I had to call and see what was going on and was informed a part had to be ordered and would arrive in **** days. A month later, nothing has been done. All I've seen since then, were scheduled appointments, me having to reschedule my day 3 times, and no shows. Not impressed.

    Zero stars! You have been to *********** times. Its been over 2 months of waiting to get on to a schedule! My fridge is still not fixed. You broke thre water valve during the process and left before Job was finished! You told us to fix the water vavle because you had to get to another job! U didn't pay to fix what YOU broke! My fridge is still not working and you broke it more! Explain why this is even an issue!!! Terrible absolutely terrible!

    Horrendous business. If I could give a -5 star, that would be the most accurate rating. Made appointment on November 8th, 2022.they didnt show up until November 28th. Then took over a month for parts. December 29th, 2022.technician shows up then leaves within 15 minutes and says he is going to go and get another pair of hands to help him and it wouldnt be long because the help was in town with him. Never showed back up that day.it is now 2023 and of course still not fixed. I canceled everything with this company and they were professional enough to try and communicate with me at 3:26 am!!?!?! OMG!! Please do not use this company, unless you enjoy unprofessional and non-completed appliance repairs!!
