  If you buy from BismanBids, there's no guarantee that you'll get your items. They will not refund you your purchase, nor will they make any effort to make it right somehow or even dispute your issue with their carrier *************** etc.). They do not really care if you receive your items if you buy from them. I bought items from them in April of this year. It was over $100. I got a receipt on April 22nd, 2025. A day later, I got an e-mail that the shipment was on the way. No package came. I checked it again on April 28th, on the weekend, and ***** showed that it had been signed for. I called for proof of signature. It was DEFINITELY not my signature. ***** wanted the seller to open a dispute with them so that they could be refunded.BismanBids has no phone number listed that I can find-I checked HiBid and ******* and their "website", finding only an e-mail address. I sent an e-mail on May 19th, 2025. On May 26th, I got this: Well, when checking my records, apparently this wasn't the first time that BismanBids had done this to me. In February of 2025, I bought $170 worth of items from them. I got a confirmation and an invoice on 02/28/2025. That package also never arrived. I didn't realize that this was the same company, or I wouldn't have ordered again, but that's on me. I have just under $300 of goods that BismanBids was happy to accept my money for, but couldn't be bothered to actually ship to ***** summary, I:1. Paid for my goods 2. Paid for my shipping 3. Gave them the address to send it to 4. They didn't send them and did nothing to fix it Worse than that, they told me that it wasn't their problem. I e-mailed them back on May 27th, informing them that I would be disputing the charge. I also told them about the prior incident that I hadn't made any fuss about back in February. I have not received a response.

  TL:DR Stay away from these losers.They collect money for sold products that they don't even ****** outreach to inform me they don't even have the pistol they sold me. The only reason I was made aware of this is because I kept in touch while waiting for my pistol. Five months later they tell me it's not their fault, it's an inventory issue with the seller (THEM) and IWI the manufacturer that doesn't even make this pistol anymore.

  Bought two items from an online auction (Hibid). One item was shipped and delivered within a week. The other item never showed up. I emailed and they said it would take eight weeks to ship the item. Even if they didn't have it in stock it shouldn't take that long. After the 9th week I emailed them again and heard nothing back. Called them and went straight to voicemail. Tried to charge me $200 because I contacted my card company to dispute the charge. In the Hibid description it states "If you dispute any of the charges that you have agreed to, you authorize us to charge a $200 dispute fee to your card on file" My card company says that's bogus and was never charged the $200. Most likely a scare tactic to make people not dispute the charge.Never buy from them. Reported to local ********** as well.

  Won three items on an online auction. Automatic payment immediately. Found out one item was out of stock. Per their rules a refund could be requested but emailed and they said they were expecting to receive another order. Waited several weeks and finally requested a refund. They acknowledged and then decided a week later to re ship the item instead. They do not follow their own rules and conditions, buyer beware. I will never do business with them again.

  Won an item at Bismanbids Hibid auction on 12/03/23. Received invoice on 12/05/23, paid in full with my CC on file with Hibid. No contact for 3 weeks, no shipping email or tracking number provided. All of my other auctions that closed in the first week of December had their items arrive w/in 10 days of auction closing.

  NEVER TRUST ****! FOR ANYTHING! REALESTATE! AUCTIONS! NO MATTER WHAT! NEVER EVER TRUST ****! STAY AWAY! NO TRUST WITH ****! RIP OFF ****! If there was a rating lower than one star, that is what I would give ***********************, the realtor, that we hired, who did a terrible job assisting us in the sale of our home! Contracting with him to sell our home was one of the biggest mistakes that we ever made! Please, take our advice in this matter, if you are thinking of buying or selling a home do not use this man, (*****************) or his real estate company! We regret ever having even met this man! Again, The worst mistake of our life! He is as inconsiderate as well as he is also, incompetent. DO NOT TRUST HIM! If you do you will live to regret it, as we both did! I only wish that we (my wife and I) had read about him before we contracted with him to sell our home! NEVER TRUST ****!   this guy is a crook. if you do business with him good luck. wish i would have read reviews first. dude was quick to charge my card (many times the charges made no since ) never sent invoice told me 5 or 6 times he did but nothing. I won 6 items from him in one auction took over a month for them to ship .i won another one, in a auction the day before. 5 months later i got a refund after sending dozens of emails. KEEP AWAY HE IS A **** **** ARTIST. I would give him a negative 0 but that's not a choice. all most positive the 1 item he never had passion of, and was waiting on it to go on sale.

  They are crooks. They use shadow bidders to drive up the price and then don't ship your over priced items. Do not do business with bismanbids. You will regret it!
