    ******************************* came to do an estimate for some jobs. About one month later he sent an estimate on three jobs he wanted to start with and said for a $200 deposit he could order our windows and get started. After about two weeks we sent him the deposit. Then we continuously got emails saying he was too busy and if we wanted we could hire someone else. Because we werent in a hurry and it was the pandemic we said we would wait unless he was telling us he didnt want to do the job. He emailed the next day asking to come over to put the window in during a time we were unable to make work. I immediately shared several other options and he said they wouldnt work and he would let me know. After not hearing anything, I wrote him again and he responded that because I hadnt replied to his email, he moved on to others. I immediately share I didnt have any other emails and that I dont get many on this account so it was not clear how it would have been missed. He did not reply with a plan. In May 2022 I had hired someone else to do the work and they were at my house. I requested the window so this other person could put it in. I did not hear from *****. I was going to drop it but decided it is not right that we paid him and he did nothing. So I sent him copies of some of his emails asking for a return of our money. He didnt reply in the fall, but he did reply to the second email I sent in December blaming all the problems on me. He then said he would use the $200 for the piece of glass and storage for the last year. He made zero attempts to get in touch with me and did no work for us. I want our $200 returned. This is not a fair way to do business. I have email threads but am not sure how to share those.
