    I rented an apartment from Epic in the ************** in ********. My deposit was $980. I moved out on April 30th and when I checked out I was told that the apartment was in good condition and only small nail holes needed to be filled. Since then I reached out about a charge on my account for $15 and I was told that it was for insurance and that it could come out of my deposit if I would like it to otherwise I could pay it. On May 9th I agreed to have it come out of my deposit but I have yet to get my deposit back or get reasoning for why I am not getting it back. I am looking for a way to get my deposit back as I have emailed my property manager but I have not heard back and so I am stuck at where to go next.
