    New roofed installed may 9th 2022 Rained may 28th at night woke up to roof bubbles and floors soaked .Called brain ******* owner of all decked out . May29th morning and was told that there was a hole he noticed while installing the roof. Was not mentioned about the hole while during the installation or after until the damage was already done. We poked holes in the ceiling to stop the spreading of water damage in the ceiling. To try to fix the hole is using a foam bottle to fill it which Im worried is not a long term fix. Company is willing to replace the ceilings sheet rock and willing to install flooring but mention nothing about buying the materials.     On the morning of May 29th, I received a phone call at 8 am from ***************************, stating he had water leaking in his home. I went to his residence right away and was investigating where the water was coming from. I recalled doing the tear off and noticing there was a piece of sheeting missing along the wall. When we put the roofing shingles back on we put flashing over that area thinking it was better than we had found it. When I went inside to look at the ceiling where the leak was I noticed that this was not the first time this had happened, there was a patch on the ceiling already and that this was a pre-existing problem. Being that it was a holiday weekend and raining off and on I did what I thought was best to stop the leaking until me and my crew could get there on monday with a plan. So I then sprayed a can of foam on the troubled area and then I went inside and poked holes in the ceiling where it had been patched before to stop the spreading of water damage. ***** had buckets on the floor to catch the water. When we returned on Tuesday, we took the facia and siding off and shingles in the troubled area. We then put it back together with new flashing and caulking. We were able to fix the area properly after the siding and facia came off. Then I went inside and told ***** that I would make it right. We arranged to follow up with the drywall on the ceiling and arranged to put carpet in where the water had leaked on the floor. The project is now complete. 6/4/22
