    Dakota sales from ********, ** ***** is the company that took 150$ order of mine and never shipped the product. It's been 3 weeks and a dozen or more phone calls to the business representative directly, with nothing being done. I would never recommend this business or any of its associates to other consumers. The amount of malice and aggression to a simple problem has been astonishing. The receipt was found and still nothing is being done to fulfill my order. A tracking number is unavailable from the company as well, showing a lack of concern for any customers. I would like a complete refund OR the product, as I am still in need of said product valued at 150$ that I already paid for. The name of the representative I have spoken with the most is ROD #************ phone. After being hung up on multiple times after being on hold for 30 minutes or more every time, I have decided to pursue an avenue of a moderator to get something accomplished as 150$ is not a small order. Thanks for your help on the resolution of this businesses concerning practices.
