    Never finished the job that was paid for. Paid to have small tree taking out that is growing in the middle of my lilac bush. Cut it down but was told they needed to put chemicals on it so it wouldn't grow back and they would come back to do it. Never have come back and I've called and let text messages for **** the owner. Tree is now twice the size from when they cut it.

    The mowing crew was working next door to the *****. She asked them to cut down the tree. They did so with the tools on the pickup. Job was done for what she wanted. Bills went out and she paid. I get a call that the tree grew back and I said oh well it should’ve had our tree killer put on the stump. The crew doesn’t carry that on board so it didn’t get used. As a good owner to make sure job is done correct, yeah I will come back and cut it down again and put chemical on it so it won’t grow back. We were busy all summer and figured when I had time I would do it. Hasn’t got done. She sent a text or two. I would read them going to text later and I never did. Most businesses know how it goes. I didn’t forget. Just pushed until I was doing that kind of work.  I still believe turning me in to BBB wasn’t the way to handle it. I just made contact with ***** and told her we will refund her money and she can find another company in town to do it sooner than I can get to it. The refund will be dropped off this week when she’s back in town and I will have a signed receipt to attach to show my end of the bargain is taken care of.
