    I took my car to have oil leaks fixed. They had my car for 2 months and still didn’t fix the issues. They charged me for repairs they did not do( another mechanic said it hadn’t been touched, all original parts still there). What they did “fix” was done wrong and still leaking. I had a vintage license plate in the trunk and it is now missing. It was taken back a second time(days after finally getting it home)and they didn’t see any issues even though I put a piece of cardboard under the car to show that it still leaked and where. I also bought the parts they were to install and apparently they just kept them for themselves.

    First off let me say the first time i went there, it was a good experience. This time not so much.Took my truck in for a tune up. First thing they did was replace a tie rod end? Did not call to get authorization. They ended up with my truck for about 3 months. VERY POOR COMUNICATION!!! Found out more about what was going on from a friend who works with someone who knows the owner. It seems like they were just guessing on what was wrong with my truck. I get that the 5.4's can be difficult. In the end, there were several parts added that were not authorized, called about nothing and to top it off, 178.00 for shop supplies?? WTF? 8% of my jacked up bill for shop supplies? And my truck still does not run right. At this point I am considering legal action, and I have never thought of doing that before!

    Did engine work, Jim really knows what he is doing. Fair price, no waiting area with big screen TV or cappuccino machine, why pay for that?

    Took my truck for AC work the had me throw a AC compressor in it , it immediately blew the seals out of the compressor. They told me it was a Schrader valve so they replaced that seals blew again. They took the truck for a 3rd time took the truck overnight said the AC held charge overnight but never drove it around 2 blocks from the shop blew the seals again. Went back they told me it was my problem they would fix it if I bought a new compressor and continue to bring it to them we are ***** dollars into a ***** dollar job i don't have very much money this is a lot.
