    September 2022 I asked for an engraving to be done by Canth Awards. I was informed I would be called within a week for me to pick up my finished product. After 2 weeks I went back to the store only to be told it was unfinished. I asked if it could be mailed to me as travel to the store from another State was arduous. To which the owner agreed if I paid extra for shipping and handling. I also at this time paid for the service yet to be rendered.
    After yet another 2weeks of waiting for said product, I was informed it was supposedly lost in the mail. Canth Awards agreed yo get a replacement and contact me when the product was complete. I still have not heard anything from the store over a week later. Now the owner is no longer taking my phone calls and is clearly avoiding me.
    As a result of this ineptitude my Grandson did not get his promised gift for his first holy communion. *********************************************************************************************************
    I would like the BBB to intervene in this matter as an independent party. If Canth awards cannot furnish the finished product within a timely manner I want a formal complaint placed upon this business for all to be able to read and determine for themselves if it is worth the risk of doing business with Canth Awards. I would also like my unfinished product back so that I might find a more suitable engraver along with the monies I have already paid. Which totals $***** U.S. dollars.
