Aksarben put our fence up 3 years ago, now the gate on the north side of our house is dropping and needs to be fixed. They sent a guy out to look he took pictures and told my husband that the post was put in incorrectly. So I call again and the guy I talked to was very rude. He tried to tell me my fence was warped and they don't fix that. When the guy came out and said different. I am angry and would not recommend Arkarben Fence to anyone. The guy I talked to was Bob I believe he has been there 3 years. Like I said no recommendation from us. Now we have to have another company come out and look at it and get the post in correctly..

A representative did come out and look at the gate. It was determined that the gate post was warped. Unfortunately we do not warranty against warping as wood is a natural product. We did offer a service charge to replace the post. We carry a 2 year warranty on craftsmanship, it has been 3 years since the job was completed. When this was conveyed to the customer she was unhappy and threatened to leave bad reviews on BBB. Our services are still available if you would like the warped post replaced as a repair.Review fromKelsey D

Our experience with Aksarben fencing was nothing short of a horrible headache. It started off great with Robert coming out and giving us a bid. We liked the price and we're impressed with Robert so we signed a contract. We then went over 3 months without hearing from them at all. No updates or timelines; nothing. We emailed and called and got nothing. My husband called and they just happened to answer and said they'd be out that week. They came out and put our posts in then another 3 weeks came and went with no communication. My husband again happened to catch them on the 3rd or 4th call and they said they were 2 blocks away to finish the work; again no warning or heads up. The final product looked very nice but the clean up was awful. Pieces of wire and fencing parts were all over not only our yard but also our neighbors yards. We had paid and figured oh well the headache was over and we have a fence. Fast forward 3 weeks and we've noticed our sprinkler system in 1 area has no pressure. My husband is digging holes and they drilled directly into a supply head. We know that in the contract it said not responsible for sprinkler system But how do you drill directly into the supply head and not notice or say anything! We are now left to figure out fixing that. We would never recommend this company to anyone.Aksarben Fence & Gate, LLC

We have not heard anything from this customer walked job when we were complete with the husband he loved everything. When hitting a sprinkler line most of the time we can tell other times we can't. We do apologize but we cannot fix what we are not aware of.
