    Metro Fence was professional and efficient with good communication and response times. We had an old rotten wood fence and the new white vinyl looks fantastic. We had a minor problem after a few weeks, I emailed and they came out in a timely manner to rectify the situation. They were not satisfied with the way the gate swung so fixed that while they were here also. A+

    We had a fabulous experience with this company! We had several companies come out to give us a quote, and the team from Metro that came out was by far the most thorough and knowledgeable. They worked neatly and quickly, and we love the finished product!

    They did good work on our fence for our new custom-built house which wasn’t easy. Having worked with many different contractors throughout our home build we found working with this contractor extremely easy, from customer service to the final product, all of which exceeded our expectations.

    I recently hired Metro Fence to put an iron fence on my home and they did a phenomenal job. From the admin side to the installation side, the entire staff was great to work with. I would highly recommend using their services and I really appreciate their help.

    I wish negative stars was an option. Awful service, awful worksmanship, awful EVERYTHING. I'm having a hard time thinking of anything they did correctly. Wrong fence locations(FEET OFF THE MARK), severed sprinkler lines(2), the customer service skills of an 11 year. Check, Check, and Check. Quite the company Larry Harrison runs here.

    The quality of the work done by this company was garbage. Spent $1k for work that is going to have to be redone. The gate is at least functional, but that is it. Upcharge for using a card that they didn't bother saying anything about on the contract or until the end, which is feels like surprise billing and is adds to the poor customer service. They aren't responsive on the phone either, so left a review regarding the service through the link on their invoice. It wasn't a public review as far as I know and a fair way to reach out to get a response. I got yelled at for doing that and accused of being unreasonable in allowing them to address things by talking to them first. Would not recommend them for anything.

    I never respond to these because as a business owner you have to take the good with the bad and only .008% of our customers express any issues with our company and we are on the Better Business Bureau Honor Roll. I will however make an exception for this one. I was not given an opportunity to correct any issues, Jeannie already gave us a bad review before talking to me about any issues. Jeannie's wife called to pay final invoice and she made no mention of any issues with the fence, when she called I explained we accept cash, check or card and told her there is a 3% fee, as with all companies on the planet we pass this on to the consumer (Business 101) We at least let you know and give you the option to do cash or check. Jeannie's wife chose to use a card knowing there is a 3% fee. Jeannie left a voicemail and I returned his call, Jeannie stated in the review that I yelled at him, which never happened. Jeannie was the one yelling and cursing too, he apparently has no emotional control. I was truly embarrassed for Eugenie. Like I mentioned above .008% are dissatisfied with us and we are on the Better Business Bureau Honor Roll
