    Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly and did a fantastic job. I absolutely love my fireplace; it's beautiful. He also gave me information about its care and put my mind at ease.
    I will certainly call him again for any fireplace concerns.

    I couldn't be happier with the work Jeff did. He detailed cleaned my 24 year-old gas log. The log was way overdue for a complete cleaning. Jeff made this log look brand new. He was efficient and meticulous and left everything spotless. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone.

    Jeff, who was clearly knowledgeable and competent, cleaned and inspected my 15-year-old gas-log fireplace, addressed my questions and concerns, and left me convinced that he's the guy to call back if and when it needs service again.

    Jeff came to my house and spent 2 1/2 hours looking for what appeared to be a spider web problem. He said all the tubes were clear and charged me $500 for his time (all labor) even though the fireplace still did not work. He told me he would have to come back and replace the valve which was $200 part and I would have to pay for his additional time. Thankfully he sent me my check back later that week and wrote me an unfriendly letter, which was very strange to me.

    I called *********** and their technician came out and found a spider web in the burner tube and was done within 40 minutes. The fireplace has never worked better. Apparently, Jeff did not bother to check all the lines like he told me he had done. I would not recommend his service to anyone.
