The BBB address is an old address. Yelp and other online reviews list at old address. Search engines show correct address. It was a great business for many years and was bought by someone using the old owner's reputation. The correct address is **** ****** ** ** Bellevue, NE 68005-3031. He did not show up at the appointed time. When I contact him I got an automatic response that it was rescheduled without talking to me. He asked me to come to the store and pick out flooring. Waited for about 10 minutes because store was empty and called him. He answered saying he was picking up his kid from school. Waited for a while and left when he didn't show. He had also said he could not match flooring that is throughout the house. I found it at Lowes. I ended up cancelling and hire another contractor. They were able to match the flooring and you couldn't even tell anything was done. I am writing this now because they sent a message asking me to write a review. Please correct the address with the BBB.

    Good Afternoon

I would like to first address my old address was *** ** ******* *** *rom 2013-2020 then moved to **** ****** ** * **** * Bellevue NE 68005. I have owned this company since it was started in March 2013. I do apologize for any confusion, and misunderstanding to **** *******, there was a period where there was some restructuring going on with PFF. I do not have any capabilities for rescheduling anything without calling or emailing you. I am glad you found what you were looking for and had it installed. Again, I do apologize for any problems we may have caused during your search for flooring.

Hello I tried to address this complaint, which we really didn’t do anything wrong, but she keeps requesting for us to update our new business address on your site. **** ****** ** * *** *, Bellevue NE 68005

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

You say you didn't do anything wrong when you did not show first for a home appointment and then an appointment at your store which you set the time.

I have owned a business and would never be so unprofessional as to not show up to appointments. If you had a good reason to not show up at your store at the time you set, a simple phone call would have been sufficient. I guess you feel wasting a potential customer's time is not wrong because only your time is important. Again, the address listed with the BBB is not the issue, but needs to be fixed. You obviously don't remember me and don't keep good records or you would have never sent me a message to write a review. If you had just given a sincere apology or at least acknowledged you could have done better, I would have completely let it go. A professional response would be "I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. Perhaps we might be able to in the future,"

    Sincerely,

    **** *******
