      We are in the process of resolving this issue with the customer.  We have reached a mutually agreed upon resolution that is supposed to be executed and finalized tomorrow.

      I had my engine replaced under warranty at this dealership. They did not put everything back together the way it was supposed to be and since then I have been back and forth to repair shop. Now they want me to pay over 3 grand for exhaust manifold. I contacted corporate they told me if I had other shops verify parts of my vehicle were improperly installed I have would have a strong case. I did that. They said they would drop repairs from $3050 to 600-700 they will not cover repairs 100% bc of the age and miles on the vehicle. All I want is for them to fix what they broke. That’s all. I haven’t heard from anyone in a week. Please help.

Upon review, we found that the repairs were made approximately 44,000 miles ago and nearly two years ago. Had there been an issue related to the repair, it likely would have occurred much sooner.
      We greatly value you as a customer, and because of your continued loyalty, both the dealership and GM are willing to participate in covering the cost of this repair. The repair would typically cost around $3,000, but with GM’s assistance, you will only need to pay approximately $600.
      We want to ensure you continue to have a positive experience with us and appreciate your understanding. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.

      Hi this is ******* *******. I bought a 2023 Chevrolet Equinox in late 2023. My date of birth is **********. I have moved to South Carolina and have requested a copy of the power of attorney that I signed with your dealership. I need this in order to register my car. I have called 3 different times in the last two weeks and I keep getting told they will get it to me usually by end of day or soon there after. I am requesting a copy of this to be emailed to me at ************@gmail.com.

      Called the customer and informed him he needed to contact his leasing company for any information needed to register his vehicle in South Carolina.  He said he would do that and we informed him if he needed any other assistance to call us back and we would help in any way we could.

      I recently paid off a loan early on a Subaru from Beardmore Chevrolet Subaru. When I did, the lender, *******************, advised me I have a Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) policy attached to it. This policy cost us $***. ****** advised me to contact Beardmore, cancel the policy and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. I called them 4 times last week and left messages, asking for a return call because no one was ever available to talk to me about it. No one has called.

      I spoke with Howard on 9/21/22 @ 6:35pm. Apologized for the lack of communication on our part and told him that we would need him to stop in the dealership to sign a cancellation letter. He said he would be willing to do so as long as he was feeling ok. Once that is done we will process his refund.
