    I'm a 43yr old Female Healthcare Traveler Tech working in Omaha for the past year. Back in February the 1st I bought a brand new 2024 Nissan Murano having only 64mi.
    I obviously brought the new car to Omaha on my contract.

    On Sept 03rd 2024 I took my car to get checked out on a screeching/ squeaking noise coming from the left front wheel bearing that would change as the car would accelerate.

    Not only did the car have a bad wheel bearing sound but also a clicking sound as you would make a left turn by turning the wheel.

    Parts were ordered and replaced and the issue was resolved for a couple of days only.

    Took the car back once again to Service Advisor Billy Sherman, the car was inspected again where he stated that during the parts that were replaced shifted another car part to get deformed but he could have it ordered and the following day have it replaced.

    End of the story no deformed part was replaced. Instead they disassembled the strut and repositioned spring isolator reassembled and did a test drive... no more noise.

    BUT NOISE REMAINS THERE AND HAS ME DRIVING MY CAR, WHICH STILL HAS MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, DRIVE OVER 10+ HOURS FROM STATE TO STATE ON MY OWN, HOPING THE NOISE STILL COMING FROM THE FRONT LEFT WHEEL SIDE GOES AWAY AND WOULD NOT LEAVE ME STRANDED OUT SOMEWHERE ALONE BETWEEN NEBRASKA AND TEXAS.

    I previously did business with this dealership when I had a recall twice in the mail from Nissan to have my care keys fixed so when I got there they told me I didn't have to my my care keys fixed if I didn't want to. When I questioned the liability if not fixed then they agreed it would be my fault. I am a 90% disabled Vietnam female veteran senor citizen & they treated me with no respect & decided to neber go back but informed Nissan HQ of the treatment. They said someone would call me & never did. I got a coupon in the mail last week for a 29.99 oil change & made the appt last week for April 16, 2024 at 8:00 this morning , When I got there they told me the service manager refused me service & couldn't talk to him because he wasn't there. I said if you weren't going to service my Nissan that needs service why didn't you call & tell me otherwise. The technician said he didn't know. It was pouring rain to get to the dealer for the oil change. So now I have no one to service my Nissan in NE. The other Woodhouse Nissan in West Omaha forgot to put the cap on after the oil change & I had oil all over my engine & garage when my husband smelled oil when I pulled in. The service manager there was horrible & said if I kept being upset hw would hang up on me. Said the technician's wife was due to have a baby & I think because I was a woman I would be more understanding even though my auto had low mileage & now I have 68,000 & didn't trust them either. Now I am afraid they will destroy my auto out of spite so I went to Tires Plus for the oil change 11:00 this morning .
