    Stay away from this contractor. He also goes by Richey Holiday Lights and Rickey’s Care team. Not accountable and will not take responsibility for his shoddy work. 8x8 concrete slab for a hot tub and what we got was too small rendering it useless. Not to mention it is not level. Also paid 50% more for a job than the contract price and even with all that, area to be leveled for an above ground pool is not level and will 100% wash away. Completely useless. 8 hour job took a week. Tried to address concerns multiple times. One reaction was, “So what? You are not going to pay me know?”. He essentially said we oversaw the whole job. Well, I’m not a contractor and I do t have the equipment or the expertise to do the job. Turns out you don’t need quality or expertise or a business license to overcharge and under deliver.

    If there was a zero star I would leave that. We spent over 14 grand with this company on a deck around our pool and a small fence. The craftsmanship is horrible, and their customer service is even worse. We called to address some issues less than a year after completion. He told us it was our problem and there is no warranty. Beware of this company.
