    I signed up for this marketing newsletter through Direct Link in October and I was told my first issue would be in December. I paid $2,500.00. My husband and I both spoke with the representative from the company who told me the Agent who participated in Direct Link's program before me was 'with them for 12 years and received an average of 10+ leads a month'. I have not recieved ONE lead since December. In addition, the communication with the art director has been spotty. I have asked her to forward a copy of the newsletter to me monthly, I was told I can only get it after the 10th of the following month, I received a couple and then stopped receiving them. I have reached out numerous times asking for a refund to no avail. I sent a message in a group text with the owner, art director and original person I spoke with when I signed up saying I have not received any leads, and that the art director has not responded to my requests for help in two weeks. They accidentally responded to my text in the group text clearly thinking they were in a group text WITHOUT me in it because they called me names, said I was 'pissing them off', **** ****** **** Just tell her not everyone gets leads!' This was very unprofessional and quite telling; they are not concerned with addressing my concerns or fulfilling the representations they had made to me about what I could expect from signing up with them to receive leads and pay them $2,500.

    Just as the complaint as the last person... promises of leads from the hospitals and NEVER received a call. DL office was always vague to me would not send the news letters to me on a monthly basis.. I received two and that was like pulling teeth. I felt at the time l was being lied to and asked to a Refund after 8 months and they refused - said that the leads would come from all the hospitals in the south of the Denver Metro area... not one ever - what a bunch of crooks.

    Broken promises. I was contacted in Nov by Direct Link and told they would advertise me in a newsletter to hospital and university facilities and I would be exclusive realtor. They said advertising would start in Dec. I reached out in Dec when I hadn't heard anything and told they were on vacation for two weeks. While it's poor customer service, I overlooked. In Jan still. nothing. I reached out in Feb and told I would get a copy of the newsletter after 10th of the month. Ive had to re-request every month and she would send me a newsletter. She emailed me a newsletter 3 times since Nov. I have several contacts in the facilities mentioned and no mention of anyone seeing these newsletters. I have reached out to management and my point of contact with no response. I emailed, called, and texted. I also was told agents prior to me would get into double digit transactions from the leads provided. I later asked how they track their leads only to be told they didn't have any way of tracking them. I paid $**** for a years worth of advertising that I am having to hunt down and stay behind only to be fed a bunch of lies.

    They charged me $***** on January 18, 2022 for a year of ads on their direct email marketing. The ads were supposed to start in March. After multiple emails to their art department, I did not get a response until I left a message with the owner asking for a return call. All of a sudden, the art department was back in touch ready to finalize my artwork. The owner has yet to return my call. Neither has the salesperson who contacted me originally. I have asked multiple time to be sent the email of the monthly marketing. I have yet to receive this. I thought maybe a ****** review would get their attention, however, it just mysteriously disappeared. I was told there would be monthly reports of contacts/leads stemming from this marketing. Nothing. I was told the previous Realtor with this spot had it for 12 years. This is where I failed to do my homework. Had I done so, I would have realized this company had only been in business a couple of years. This company is a ****.
