    Gave them one star cause someone did show up and give me a quote, said job would be done in 4 weeks. Never heard from them so started calling after 5 weeks and now at 6 weeks still nothing so called and cancelled. There have to be better companies out there.

    This customer's frustration is totally understandable. We did meet with her and had hoped to have the job done in the time we estimated. We thought that we had responded to her attempts to contact us prior to October 7th and we did sucessfully contact her on October 7th and apologized for the lack of communication. This is not how we try to do business and we have revisted our procedures to hopefully ensure our customer experience is imporved. We are sorry this customer had a poor communiction experitnece with us and do understand her frustration. This is not our standard and we regret that it was her experience.
