    Roof was not installed to Owens Corning specifications, warranty was not honored, additional damage to our house occurred as a result.

    I was contacted by customer 6 years ago in 2018 to give estimate on new roof, After looking at roof i recommended to take skylight out because of pitch of roof (Skylight sould be above decking 6" and redeck with new wood because of soft spots on decking and also put metal roofing on to replace asphalt shingles because of the pitch of the roof but he did not want to spend the extra money on my recommendation.

    We have had several storms in the area this year record High Winds,Rain,Tornado, Hail and after 6 years now theres a problem, I have been in business for years and have Zero complaints with our work and also  A+ rating on BBB. Sometimes you have to start with a good foundation in order for things to work.

    I have responded twice on this complaint, this is the last time i will waste time on it, When i recommend putting on something different on roof and customer dont approve of my idea there's nothing i can do.

    And as far as the decking on paper work its on all estimates, Still has to be approved by customer.

    He even stated it was a perfectly good roof at the time, (6 YEARS AGO)  I'm tired of people trying to take from others, If i paint my house can i go back 6 years later and tell them i don't like the color. DON'T THINK SO.

    BBB should shut this down now,  and defend a good company. How many years can you go back on a complaint. Years in business and i have no complaints A+ Rating That should say something. Fight,Fight,Fight

    I would consider a $6,000.00 refund to resolve this, but am consulting with an attorney at this time.
