      Non-existent communication. Rare that someone picks up the phone here. Had a vehicle get a remanufactured transmission installed in the spring. They were a month behind their estimated timeframe. They never called me during this time to update. I had to call weekly to ask for status updates (which was difficult because there never seemed to be anyone answering phones). After the car was at the shop 6+ weeks, finally got the car back. Drove 2-3 months and only about 5000 miles when the transmission they put in malfunctioned. Dropped car off and called to explain that it needed warranty service. It's now been 2 weeks and no communication from them. Still haven't been able to get someone to answer the phone today. This used to be a great company when they were started in the late 90's early 2000's. What happened?
