      This is the worst internet provider that I have ever used. I have been with them for 6 months. The salesman that came and knocked on my door gave me a rate of $49.99 per month. I called the main office number, and they verified that the salesman was correct if I paid for the year in advance. So I gave them my charge card number. But instead of charging me $599.88. The charged $106 per month.

      The telephone support is terrible, their website doesn't function. I talked to a Telephone support person names Sammie and she couldn't help me and told me that she didn't want to talk to me any longer.

      Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We have carefully reviewed our call history and found multiple interactions between you and our Customer Response Center, during which billing details, initial billing prorations and account status were discussed.

      We understand that your initial bill may have been higher than expected, and we’d like to clarify the reason. When service is activated the first bill often includes a prorated charge for the partial month of service before your first full billing cycle begins, based on the date of installation. This means that in addition to the regular monthly charge you may see charges for the days of service leading up to your first full billing period. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this.

      Additionally, we want to assure you that at no time was credit card or bank card information exchanged as our Customer Service Representatives are not authorized to process payments over the phone.

      We sincerely apologize for any negative experience you may have had during one of these calls. Providing exceptional customer service is our priority, and we regret that this interaction did not meet our usual standards.

      This company quoted me a price of $20 per month for a basic service to operate our point of sale, we received a bill for $299.89 a month and a half later, so we contacted them to inform them that the price was not what they quoted us. We also informed them that they were to remove the equipment. The representative called us about a week later and left a message to call him which was done. He was not available so I left him a message to call back. I did not hear from him. We then recieved a bill for $7040.45 for termination of services. Again today 6/6/24 and got the same response that he was not available

      I have a TV issue, one works, the other does not. I called & was on the line with Maria for over 35 minutes, we tried "everything" to get it working - checking fire stick, router, etc. & still could not get the problem solved. At no point did she make me feel I was imposssible !!!!. Since we could not get it fixed I am awaiting a call from a tech, but she should be commended on her first class customer service.

      The local people I deal with have been very helpful, but the service from Great Plains has been unacceptable. Our subscription cost have gone up and the quality of the service and TV reception has gone down especially late in the evening. Our TV screen displays the message "signal unavailable" or content has pixel reception (distorted). At these times some of the channels are very good and clear but many of the channels have the message "signal unavailable". When I call in to the local phone number at 2 or 3am the voice on the phone is very helpful and resets the channels and then they are good. I have talked with others in my community who have this same service and they also have the same complaint. When I asked about changing some of our service to reduce our charges they said they cannot change any cost without changing our systems because we have been "grandfathered in" and their system will not allow change and besides it would not save us any money.

      trouble tickets on this account it looks like the customer may benefit from
      switching to our GPC iTV product. It is a streaming product that offers a
      variety of channels at a comparable price. We would be happy to discuss this
