      I have repeatedly notified them of my mother's death ******** ****** six months ago, yet they continue, at least twice/mo, to send stacks of wasted cards while asking her for donation money.

      Thank you for reaching out, and I truly appreciate your patience. I can confirm that your request to remove your mother from our mailing list was received on May 19, 2025, and again on June 10, 2025. Her name was removed from our active mailing list at that time.


      However, please note that our mailing lists are prepared several months in advance, so it may take two to three cycles before mailings fully stop. As a result, she is still scheduled to receive one final mailing on July 15. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.


      Please rest assured that no further mailings will be sent after that date. If you have any additional questions, you are welcome to contact us at **********************

      I gave them a check for 10 dollars as a one time donation. somehow they started to debit out of my account at *** ******** bank 10 dollars every month. I gave them no authority to take out monthly recurring charges. I also had to make a new contract with the bank because of this situation and I had to buy new check which cost me $31.40 out of pocket. I consider this fraud and a scam I would really appreciate a phone call.
