This company has been doing inspections without a license. They have been sent a cease and desist letter form the state. I have spoken with 2 other families effected by this company. J******** ********ial came to inspect my house before I bought it. They said it was good and passed inspection.. My insurance came out to inspect the roof and they said it needed to be replaced. J******** *********** said it did not need to be replaced. I contacted 3 roofing companies. The roof failed inspection with every visit. Obviously issues like granule loss and no venting. The roof is 10 years old and is falling apart. I needed an inspector to tell me this information. It's why I hired ********* **********l in the first place. I also found out **** ********* knows the seller, and the sellers agent. ********* **********l did not tell me about the issues with the roof. What other issues did he miss? His agenda was to get this house sold for the seller and sellers agent. I paid for the inspection. I instilled my trust in this inspector. And conned me to help the seller. This is not the first time ********* *********** has done this. I was recently on the news for this issue. Other families have reached out and told me they had the same situation with ********* **********l. Issues with mold and foundation that are overlooked to get the house sold for the sellers agent. Cory and ********* **********l are a tool used to con people in Nemaha county. He does not care about doing the job correctly. It's about getting paid and never answering and email, call or text.
