    Used to do great work. Seems to just not wish to do so any longer. Hired on to rework the foundation in a residential setting by people he's know for decades. Cut corners at every opportunity. Did more damage than good. Foundation upgrade now is a complete liability due to lack of application of basic construction methodology. Before you hire this gentleman, have a look at his recent work. Big Big disappointment for an outfit plenty capable of doing quality work. Signed off on bis workmanship despite the obvious multitude of discrepancies. Used to be a go to guy.
