      Held money with my name primary and getting my permission after calling me, lied about and hid transactions and when asked couldn’t provide proof and discriminated for past records of spouse do to their claimed policy.

      Received a call from ***** at BBB,
      ************ on February 28, 2024, inform us a compliant as referenced above was
      filed with BBBB and that the compliant had been emailed to *********************** on February
      2, 2024. 

      ***** asked if the email address
      was valid, and I responded that I did not know that.  I supplied her with my email address ************************ and
      received the compliant within in few minutes. 

      I’ve tested the *********************** from my internal
      bank email account and received back a bounce notification that this is not a
      valid email address and I also tested the *********************** from my personal
      email address [email protected] and received a similar bounce notification. 
      (See below) Bruning Bank has not used the *********************** for quite
      some time.

      Per BBB practices, BBB requests a
      response within 10 days of receipt of the notification, which we will honor, however,
      we’ll use February 28, 2024, as the date of notice of the compliant. 

      For the BBB please update the
      email you are using for Bruning Bank to the following: ******************** you can also add as
      a backup, my address of ************************ to the list as well.
