    Mike, is refusing to install shop doors. After months of communication. He has promised many times to come out. Now wants a full payment before he comes out to install. I said once the work is done , full payment will be issued right on the spot. Also really hard to get hold of him. ************************************ Asking for help

    Last NOV. 2021 I did receive a *******
    Down payment. To order door.. it was less then half of materials. Months later it arrived. I called told it in. He said waiting to get money to frame correctly then spray foam building. Finally after storing it in my building for 3 to 4 months I called said I needed out. He said I could deliver to his property. Which I did..
    Wasted my time and gas . Then told I needed ******* more down. He refused to pay.
    Finally he called months later said he found someone to cut rafters. So door what fit. And spray foam was done. I told I won't install in paid up front . And engineering signs off. Very doubt full they approve of
    HACK JOB DID ON RAFTERS. PLUS HEADER NOT FRAMED CORRECTLY YET. BUT YES I WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY PART. WAITED ,WAITED. HE NEEDS TO GET INSPECTION BY COUNTY OR SOMEONE. NO PERMIT TO CUT BIG POLE BARN RAFTERS . NOT SAFE IM SURE. AND IF PAY UP FRONT I WILL INSTALL. HE HAS DOOR . IT COST ME **** MORE THEN HE PUT DOWN. CALL ANY DOOR COMPANY AND PRICE . IM VERY NICE GUY. TREATED HIM FAIR. Just not looking to get *******. Been doing this 30 years never had a complaint. But I will install if Pay balance up front now since would not pay the **** when delivery. And gets building framing inspection. NOT SAFE .
    NO PERMIT TO CUT WIDE SPAN RAFTERS.

    We waited for the door more than it was promised and understand that everything was back ordered. As soon as we were aware that the door came in, asked for the door be delivered. The framing was done by a licensed and bonded company just an FYI. You were not qualified to do the framing as we talked. So we did hire a specialist that is bonded and insured. Thats just for information and safely matters. I did call and text many times once framing and foaming was completed, said shop is ready for door installation. You did not go above and beyond!
    You want to be paid up front and not do the job. I said many times as soon as the job gets done I will pay you a check right on the spot. You did say many times you are afraid that I will not pay you because a lot of people scammed you around and didnt pay you,I said if I wanted to scam you around I would never make sooo many attempts to schedule door installation. But I will not pay in full for a work that is not door and cant even get an answer to be put on a schedule for installation. If you dont want to do the job say so. But dont give me the round around and make excuses about permits and safety. As I hired a company on both ends licensed and insured for framing and spray foaming. I honesty dont want any one else dealing with what I had to deal with working with you. Thats why I reached out to BBB to file a complain so people that are looking for a door company are aware of my experience. But I will never pay up front when the job is not completed .
