    I had a very disappointing experience with Blake's Bat Removal. They collected payment upfront, but the work they did was questionable at best. The bat problem persisted, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, they never returned my calls or texts. The lack of professionalism and accountability was frustrating, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

    I'M taken back by Jeff's complaint,I was hired by a company that Jeff works for and since Jeff works for this company which I will not mention the company's name do to respect to Jeff, he should know that I nor anyone from Blake's Bat Removal was given or accepted any form of payment from Jeff nor the company he works for. As of today 12/6/2024 I myself nor Blake's Bat Removal has not received or offered any form of payment. Communication was made but I agree and aware communication methods needs improvement. Hopefully this matter can be resolved between me and Jeff Professionally or me,Jeff, and Management of the company Jeff works for if issue cannot be resolved between us two. These false accusations of receiving a payment up front or any form of payments needs to be resolved because no payment or payments were received or accepted by Jeff himself or the company Jeff works for
