      Fire damage to our home. Personal belongings missing. No communication. And now with -50 Temps we found the never installed out insulation back in our basement causing our pipes to freeze. *** **** * * **** *** **** *** ******* **** ***** ***** ** **** ***** We reached out to Paul davis after calling a plumber who originally plumbed this house and has never seen this happen and we are told we are on our own. Almost **** and we are going to have to go back to living in a hotel until this is fixed properly.

      We received a job from Leann ********. Her boyfriend Steve ****** is also living with her in the house. The note below from a call our project manager made on the file was the reason that as a company, we decided not to talk to Steven.



      Steven sent a message late last night about storm doors. And if we don't do it now he's going to fire us and he wants to watch all of the time. Called Leann in the morning about 630 to try and figure it out. Steven said she is sleeping he answered the phone I asked to talk to her he said no you have me on the phone now. He demanded the storm doors will go in now. I told him I need to speak with Leann about that he wanted to know why not him. I told him that I cannot have product selection come from him since his name is not on any of our insurance paperwork. He got pretty upset and said * *** Nick and hung up



      Steven is not on the insurance policy so we are only talking to Leann in regards to this job. We have not had any problems with her dealing with all of the things that have come up during the fire restoration of her home. This process is not easy or stress free but we have done our best to keep in contact with her as much as we can. Leann is the only one listed on the insurance policy and therefore, we are only doing the job for her and our employees have been instructed not to talk to him because of this. We are not ignoring Steven but because Leann is listed as the insured, we are only working for her
