    I would consider long and hard before using culligan especially cozad ne. I had a system that I called in to shut down for extensive remodal of home. They gave no direction to Uninstall system. Or offer to come uninstall. System froze they quoted me $1000 to fix my parts $1200 for brand new as in whole system. So they take no fault on their part for this error of not Uninstaller as the owner told me was protocol? They have records of my call, but say i refused to do it I guess. Owner is clueless and will not stick up for his customers or admit fault? Problems with this company I say so..just an FYI when going g to do business with this type of business model. Lots of less expensive systems out there.

    On 12/7/2022 Mr ******* called to ask for a quote on winterizing his Drinking Water System. After quoting our normal rates, he waned additional information so a note was taken to have our service manager call back and answer all his questions. 

    On 12/8/2022 our service manager called Mr ******* and was informed that he had a plumber do the work. 

    In May of 2024 Mr ******* called to have his drinking water system serviced. When the system was pressurized, It was obvious that it had not been winterized and had frozen. 

    Mr ******* insisted on talking to the owner of the business. 

    I called Mr ******* and learned that he wanted us to replace his drinking water system at no cost to him. I was confused by his accounts which conflicted with all our notes and standard practices. I told Mr ******* that I would look into all his claims and get back to him. After talking to every person in our business who interacted with Mr *******, It was clear to me that he was changing his account of conversations each time he spoke to one of our team. Since our service manager had called him in 2022, I asked our service manager to call and inform him that we are not responsible for damage to a system that we were not hired to winterize. 

    This goes on and on but I see I am out of room here. Bottom line, Mr ******* threatened to use social media to coerce us into giving him what he wants and I do not want to continue expose my staff to this individual.
