    Great experience with Ted....last minute change to schedule and he came through to get job done before the Thanksgiving holiday and keep project on timeline. The work was done and done well.

    Ted said it took him 4.5 hours to set a tub and plug in a pressure tank in an RO. Ted had a new employee there he says for an extra 2.5 hours on top of the 4.5 hours that accomplished nothing and is trying to bill me for his time as well. Total bill is almost $700! After the fact other reputable plumbers quoted me around $300 on the absolute high end. I disputed the amount with Ted and he is not willing to budge on his unscrupulous inflated invoice. Thankfully there are consumer laws that protect people from people like Ted. I will either call the attorney general to expose his business practices, settle this in small claims court, or have BBB help mediate this unfortunate situation.
    Buyer be ware when dealing with this company.
