      I cancelled my service with roggenkamp in august of 2023. I am still receiving charges from this company. He has lied about the amount I owe and the amount keeps raising.

      I started my trash service with Roggenkamp back in 2014 when I first moved to the ******* area. I set up an automatic bill pay through my bank and never missed a payment. Even though I wasn't getting a regular statement, I knew that my responsibility was met. On average I would get 2-3 random statements a year. Suddenly in 2020 I started getting bills with a past due balance. I immediately called to find out what the deal was, and Roggenkamp told me that there was a gap in my payments and that he would send me a printout of my account. 3-4 months go by and I finally get a printed out statement that looked like it came off of a printer from 1982. I tried to make sense of his print out and the hand written notes that he had added, but eventually I just responded with my own print outs of proof of payment from my bank. I have also tried to call several times to follow up, and I get a message that his mailbox is full. It's been that way for at least a year. I am still getting the occasional statement in the mail saying I have a past due balance of $** even though I have provided him with proof of payment. I have since cancelled my service with him and changed to a new company. I would like him to zero out my account and stop sending me a bill for money that I do not owe.

      Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/08/15) */ I reviewed this consumer's billing history. The consumer made 40 payments but there were actually 42 months of service. The additional charges were the result of landfill increases by the city, which occurred each year in January and also when this customer utilized yard waste services. For each bag of yard waste, there is a charge. I did get behind on billing, and I apologize for that. *************************************************** The amount I am showing the consumer still owes is $**. I will leave a billing history on his door on August 16, as I will be in his area tomorrow. If he has further questions, please let me know.

      I switched from Roggenkamp Refuse Service to another trash hauler beginning May 4th. I sent Roggenkamp Refuse Service a letter ending my business with them beginning May 4th of 2022. They have since picked up my trash but left their bins, indicating that they will return to pick them up. I have since called and left 4 voicemails asking them to terminate our services and to please pick up their bins and to call me back. I called on May 20th and their voicemail box was no longer accepting voicemails. Roggenkamp has still not picked up their bins and I want to ensure I am not being billed incorrectly. As part of termination of service, I would like an itemized bill, as I have not received a bill in multiple months and I want to ensure I am correctly billed.
