    Terrible experience with fraudulent business practices. We requested a quote for tree trimming, which we received. It was almost twice as expensive as the competitors, so we declined. A few months later we got a notice that they were coming out to trim the trees. No. There was no acceptance of the quote, and there was a declination in services from us. They confirmed that they sent it in error. Yesterday we got an invoice for work that we never accepted or confirmed. It's comical how fraudulent these practices are. We've contacted our lawyer to make sure this is stopped, and will file a formal complaint with the BBB if they try to come out to trim the tree.

    I am sorry for the error, it was not our intention to commit any fraudulent actions. We have a great standing in the community and with our customers. It is sad that people automatically assumes the worst in a company and you can not make mistakes/errors without being blasted on the BBB website or other social media. We have a weekly schedule and contact the names listed on the schedule the week prior to coming to make sure they still want the tree work done or if they have gone with another company. If they do not want or need the work done, we remove them from the schedule. Which we did do. The paperwork got put into the completed box instead of the being tossed in the trash can in error, therefore it was billed in error. Once we were contacted about the incorrect billing we removed the invoice from our system immediately. It was one invoice not multiple invoices or harassing phone calls. Just (1) emailed invoice that was sent in error. I am sorry you feel this is a comical practice, we don't find fraud comical. I assure you this is not our practice it was an error that unfortunately some people don't make errors and feel the need to make a bad review for a family owned and operated company.
