  I called Scott after being referred to him for my issues with a clogged kitchen sink. He made time for me on Monday after getting ahold of him on a Sunday night, he even arrived a couple hours before he said to expect him. He and his son Jordan got to work right away solving my issues and even gave me some really helpful tips if I were to experience a similar issue in the future. I won't hesitate to give Equisure my business in the future whenever I need plumbing work done. They are excellent!

  Here they are, the last drain company you will ever need! Bill came out to my house this morning, even arriving 15 minutes early, and did what two previous companies could not, cleared my bathroom sink drain in under 30 minutes. Bill was professional, efficient and left the area especially clean. You would never know my drain had been opened as there was no evidence of the black sewer soot anywhere. If I ever need a drain cleaned again, this company will be the first call I make!

  In early August a part of my lawn recently became very wet and spongy after recent rains. I suspected an in-ground drain beneath the lawn had clogged. After requesting quotes through Omaha BBB, I was contacted by Equisure. I then checked their website and reviews and responded back. Bill came out to do an initial inspection, including camera check and estimate, which I accepted.
  Bill and his crew arrived on time. The original drain had not been properly dug all the way to the curb median and lacked a pop-up drain at the far end, so they re-routed the drain away from the driveway and all the way to the curb median, and installed a pop-up drain in the median.
  The crew worked hard and fast. When finished, they took care to replace all soil and sod. I am very pleased with their work and have no qualms recommending them for similar needs.

  I love the hydro snake with the camera. I had lots of roots and Scott blasted them all out.
  Nothing better than being able to see that the sewer line is clear all the way to the street.
  They spent the time to do the job right. I recommend these guys over anyone else.

  My problem started with another plumber getting his snake stuck 80 ft out in my main stack, after I had a sewer backup in my basement. I called several other
  companies, all stating I'd need to have the snake located and extracted. Which would be thousands of dollars. That night I prayed for someone with skilled hands to come and resolve this issue.
  The next morning I called Equisure Inspectors. Scott and Jordan showed up, after speaking with Scott explaining my issue. Scott informed me he was optimistic, he could remove the snake. Sure as s***, he and Jordan got the snake out! Scott advised me to wait a few days and they would come back out to clean the out roots and hydro blast the pipes/main stack. He kept ne informed throughout both processes. Both men were professional and great at their craft. I will be using this Father Son team for all my plumbing needs in the future.

  I can't say enough about Scott at Equisure. We had a major clog in the main line that another well known company was unable to clean out. I live in a small town in Iowa and he took the time to drive 50 miles on a Sunday morning even though he had 2 cracked ribs to see if he could help. He was able to get the clog opened up in a reasonable amount of time. My husband and I both thought he was very reasonable and personable. He explained some things to us that no one also had mentioned previously when our line was clogged. Equisure will get my business the next time we have issues. Thank you Scott!!
