    On Dec. 19th, my treadmill was serviced because it would not decline from an inclined position. The lower control board was replaced. The next day, when I ran on the treadmill, I noticed the normal speed at which I run seemed much too slow, which was not an issue the day before when I ran on it. I reached out to Fitness Machine Technicians to report the problem via email but received no reply. I have continued to reach out through both phone (leaving voicemails) and email (8 times total) with no response about how to fix this new issue with my treadmill from the result of the control board being replaced. It cost a total of $635 to diagnose and replace this piece on the treadmill and it should be working properly. Instead, I am left with a treadmill that will incline/decline properly but is not running at the correct speed. It has been over a month and I have not heard from the business to resolve this issue. The repair was not completed appropriately, and I would like it taken care of and fixed so the machine runs the way it is supposed to.

    You may have seen our communication sent out yesterday regarding the steps we are taking to resolve the issues that you and others have experienced.


    With your permission, I would like to send our technician to start repairing your treadmill. However, I completely understand if you prefer not to give us another chance or if you have already arranged for the repair elsewhere.


    Please feel free to contact me directly at 8**********5 or jp***************************nicians.com if you are willing to allow us to assist you. If I do not hear from you by noon on Friday, February 7, 2025, I will have our finance team initiate a refund of $634.51. Since you paid by check, your refund will also be issued via check.

    I paid $140 for a diagnostic on 6 September 2024. After diagnostic, parts were ordered for the repair. Technician comes back without the proper parts. Technician made verbal agreement that we would not be charged until proper parts acquired and installed. Have not been able to receive response from company to schedule parts install and I am being charged $147.70 for a repair that has not happened and against the verbal agreement made with technician. I have reached out to this company multiple times to no avail. I would like a refund of the initial diagnostic cost of $140 paid, cancellation of the current $147.70 charge, and severance/dismissal of any agreements. This felt like a theft/scamming on behalf of the company.
