  We started our pool project in October with expectation of opening in May. By Thanksgiving the equipment, walls, and deck were complete. Sod was laid and ready for the winter. Spring came and the pool was poured, liner and slide ordered. The day the power was run, the owners came out for start up, a Friday night no less. Start up was complete in mid May, we have been enjoying our pool ever since. Communication was excellent and they followed the schedule perfectly. Highly recommend these very professional contractors.

  Jared and the Krystal Clear team were amazing to work with. When calling different companies for bids, Jared was the only one who actually came out and looked at the area we had and talked through the plan with me. He was always in communication with us and was always available for questions. 2023 was our first summer with the pool and wasn’t bothered by me asking a million questions on what to do or how much salt to use. I recommend them every chance I get and would absolutely use them again.

  Jared and his team were efficient and kept us caught up on the steps of the building of the pool the entire time. Even completed it by their original estimated date! Highly recommend!

  We used Krystal Clear Pools last year for our pool install. We had heard the horror stories and did our homework before picking a pool contractor. I was first impressed by Jared and his team's responsiveness and communication. He gave us a detailed plan on the project and estimated completion date. Throughout the build if we had questions at any time Jared was ALWAYS available and often times would meet with us in the evenings to review our job and questions as they came up. I was not only impressed and fully trusted working with Krystal Clears, but also all the subcontractors he used. We spent many years budgeting and planning for this project and Krystal Clear made our dreams a reality. I highly recommend Krystal Clear, they keep their word, show up when they say, and completed the job in a timely manner. What I also appreciate is he continues to check in with us and provides help or answers to any questions we have. You will not be disappointed in hiring Krystal Clear for your pool project.

  We used Krystal Clear to build our pool and were very happy with the end result. Krystal Clear always answered and responded to our calls and was always helpful to explain everything and address our issues and concerns as they came up.
  When we were picking our pool contractor we kept a notebook of who we contacted and our experience with them. We contacted about 8 different pool companies, some of whom never even called us back to give us an estimate. Some of the pool companies tried to bid us over the phone, or via email and didn't even seem interested in our project, or at least didn't make us feel like they wanted our work.
  Krystal Clear came out in the middle of February to discuss our project with us and go over the specifics and design of our pool, in freezing temperatures. They explained the project and gave a timeline of what the project might take to complete. It did take a little longer than expected, but we also had to add a retaining wall that we decided to add half way though the project.
  Overall, we are very pleased with our project and love our pool and now can make memories with our friends and family to last a lifetime.
  We would highly recommend Krystal Clear to build as they answer their phone and come up with solutions during all aspects of the project.

  We used Krystal Clear Pools to build our pool beginning February, 2022. We were promised a pool in 6 weeks or less. Seven months later, the work still wasn’t completed. Ultimately, we ended up in litigation and had to pay other pool companies to fix errors caused by KCP (the ones that could be fixed) and complete work that KCP did not complete.
  
  
  
  We had a number of problems with Krystal Clear including that they performed a substantial amount of the plumbing and electrical work themselves instead of having the work completed by the plumbers and electricians who actually pulled the permits. This is presumably the reason they failed approximately half a dozen inspections.
  
  
  
  The pool liner they installed was designed to be attached to the walls of the sundeck via a locking channel. Not only was this not properly attached, the holes cut for the bubblers on the surface of the sundeck prevent this from ever properly attaching. This resulted in wide gaps between the liner and the walls around the sundeck. The liner was also installed with a couple of large wrinkles (~10 ft & ~18 in). We were promised these would be removed after the pool was filled. We later discovered that’s not possible. Their solution was to move the large wrinkle closer to the wall using plungers, which created a dirt trap. The bubblers were also cemented in the sundeck in a very crooked manner.
  
  
  
  We had multiple lights that didn’t work or didn’t work properly. One was never even hooked up. We also complained of a substantial water leak that I calculated to be approximately 250 gallons per day using the bucket method, which they would not investigate. We now believe it was an improperly installed light.
  
  
  
  The pool was dug 6” shallower than stated in our contract. It was also improperly piped so that the salt cell and heater had insufficient pressure to operate. The bubblers though would shoot water in the air over 20 feet high. They remedied that with a valve. However, the water to the laminar jets and bubblers still bypassed the filter resulting in malfunctioning jets that had to be disassembled and cleaned. We then had to have the piping corrected so that only filtered water was sent to the jets as intended.
  
  
  
  We have pictures, videos, and invoices to document it all. All in all, the experience was poor to say the least
