    I was in a really rough spot in my life when I met Jed with 5109 real Estate. I've grown a lot since that time in 2019 and through the years Jed and Gabe have done everything in their power to help me along the way until the purchase of the property in 2024! I don't believe I've could of had an better experience!!! Thank you 5109 Real Estate for helping me make my dreams come true! I have and will continue to recommend this company to absolutely anyone asking/looking for their next home! Thank you guys again for everything you helped me achieve!

    When my father passed away we got several letters from people wanting to buy his house as-is. We reached our to all of them to get a baseline of where we were at. Jed from 5109 Real Estate met with us. From the beginning his laid back and caring demeanor made it feel like we were talking to an old friend. There was no pressure, rudeness or greasy car salesman feel from the meeting. He was interested in hearing about the history of our childhood home, talked openly about what their plans for the house were and also invited us back once it was all fixed up and repaired. We previously had an appraisal done so we weren't going into this blindly as well. His offer was withing the appraisal range, cash, and closed within a week and a half. We had issues with family members through the whole process of getting the estate ready. It was nice to run into Jed, who made selling thr house portion of it hassle free!

    I had the opportunity to work with 5109 following the death of my father. We had decided to sell the home and Jed was one of many that reached out. After all offers the 5109 group had the best offer and I could not be more pleased with the decision to sell. It was smooth and so easy. Jed and his team kept in touch through the process and were great to work with. I highly recommend 5109 Real Estate to anyone looking to sell a home.

    I can honestly say working with Jed has been the best experience I could have imagined. I'll admit, I went into the arrangement with a little suspicion but hoped for the best because it was our only hope for buying a house. We got even more than we could have hoped for! Not only is he a great landlord-very communicative and understanding-but was also super helpful and supportive while we navigated buying the house we were renting from them. Less than two years after entering our lease, because of their reporting rent payments to credit and our ability to pay some things off, we were able to build up our credit and we bought our first house!! We would NEVER have been able to buy a house without Jed and these folks. I would never, ever rent or buy from anyone else. Jed is such a pleasure to work with as a landlord, and I imagine he is also a real stand-up guy all around. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
