    Do not and I repeat do not purchase any automobiles and to plan on waiting for the title to come in the mail and if you leave them there too long they'll just take your title that's supposed to go to you and they'll resell your vehicle without doing any proper paperwork for abandoned vehicle they just titled Jump so the owners of these vehicles send the title out to DPA after the vehicle's purchased and then DPA holds the title and wants you to reply to an email with whose name you want the title in and if you do not respond to that they will take your vehicle and resell it and think that it's legal that title is legally yours and they legally need to provide you with it and Doug would not provide my stepdad with the titles that were supposed to be in his name and was repetitively told to put all titles in my step dad's name and send them to him which they failed to do and then took 10,000 plus dollars worth of equipment and trucks and resold it and kept all the money and didn't give my step dad anything
