    When our replacement garage door was put in a few years ago, the installer did not install the handle to lift the door manually or the foot to shove the door to the floor. I went over to your place of business to pick up the pieces so I could install them myself. I could not believe that they would charge me for these pieces. I know it was only $10 but I was very unhappy when I left. I told my wife that was a terrible way to do business. Stan **** Blair, Ne.
