      Horrible experience, first they didnt check to see if my insurance was accepted. They sent it through and got an ok somehow and they were not in my network. I returned the equipment that was returnable and they still tried to bill me for it. Rude on the phone all the time, i got stuck with over $600 for the bill because they dont make sure that my insurance had them in the network. So i was told i could make payments and kept getting calls about the bill and was only getting statements every 2-3 months for awhile so how can i make a payment when im not getting statements, they sent me to collections. Stay away from this place. They never gave me correct instructions on how to use my sleep apnea device either so i got nothing out of it but screwed out of over $600.
