    We Subcontracted for Strong1 on a project 7 hours away from Omaha in Alliance NE. We jumped on the project right away for him within a few days notice because he told us he needed it going right away. When we arrived at the project the job wasn’t even fully ready for our guys to start siding. We had a pay schedule agreement with Srrong1 to receive a draw every two weeks. Not once did Strong1 hit the pay schedule on time. We also got sent back to Omaha after driving out there on a Monday to start work because Strong1 did not have all his correct paperwork completed with the GC and they would not allow us to work until he got them everything they needed. We finished the project and Strong1 would not pay us the final payout. After waiting 2 1/2 months with no payment I had finally had enough and had my attorney place a lien on the building. All of the sudden after the lien was put on the building and it sat completed for over 2 months, Steong1 was claiming there were installation issues. It’s now been over 5 months and I had to file a lawsuit against him to try and get paid. Would stay clear of this contractor unless you like to work for free.
