    I have been having issues of vistabeam not providing internet service that I pay for almost a year now. The internet goes down 4 to 5 times a week and it goes down for days at a time. I have tried to contact Vistabeams supervisors and management who refuse to return calls to resolve the issue. They continue to send inexperienced service techs to my house and nothing gets fixed.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I recently discovered our contractor working on our house pinched a  Vistabeam cable between new plywood sheathing and a wall stud. I also discovered that the house contractor left a vistabeam cable box lying on the ground for water to get into it causing issues with the internet connection.  The Vistabeam service tech repaired the Vistabeam internet cable and fixed the issue of the Vistabeam cable box to prevent water getting into the box.  The Vistabeam technician fixed ALL issues on Friday June 9th.  I have not had any more problems with the internet after Vistabeam technician fixed all these issues.  I apologize to Vistabeam for thinking it was Vista beam's issue when I discovered it was the contractor's issue on the internet being down while they are repairing my house. I have been a Vistabeam customer for many years and I am hoping Vistabeam will accept my apology when I was thinking it was Vistabeam's issue when it was actually the contractor working on our house causing the internet problems with Vistabeam's equipment..
