I live 300 miles away, and one was unable to tow it home. They seemed nice enough and they were referred by the car rental company. when I picked up my car 11 weeks later, it was a cloudy day, the interior was really dusty and dirty but the outside looked fine. The owner had forged my name on the check and cashed it before the car was finished which is illegal. They have put it through a car wash the next day in the sunlight I noticed swirl marks over my entire car. We took the car to a car wash and clean the interior where we found trash and rappers from food. I called the body shop to inform them about the swirls over my entire car and the uncleanliness and the inside I sent them pictures to Calvin on his cell phone of my concerns. He told me to bring the car back in but I was 300 miles back at home, they told me I could have a detailer fix my car and they would pay for it. I was unable to open my hood. I went to three different shops for them to be able to open up and found screws and a tool inside the latch. I took my card to a detailer and had it detailed and taking the swirl marks out of my car. It cost $950 after haggling and being really dealt with. The owner and the bookkeeper were rude and unkind and used inappropriate language on the phone. They mailed me the check there was still damaged to be corrected on my car. Owner said he would pay me to get the other parts fixed. I finally got my car fixed months later I have a I had a bid of $900 but the dealer was able to do it for $250 when I called to get a refund I was treated rudely I asked to speak to the owner the lady said no, she said they would not pay me and hung up on me. I’m out $250 for parts due to their poor workmanship. They are not professional, and their work is extremely poor.
