      I will not use this jeweler for anything again. Took a Seiko watch in for a battery and nobody in the place could get the back off so they had to send it out for service. Promised 3-4 week turnaround. It has been over 2 months and not a single call or email. I have called and used the service number and it was to be back in store over 2 weeks ago. Called today and no manager there to talk to and it still is not back.

      Due to no insurance, I visited the website and saw an ad for FREE cleanings, xrays upon first visit. Once I arrived for the appointment, xrays were taken, then I was informed of a "plan" of next steps to address my concerns and recommended procedures. I was under the impression that the cleaning was free, however, not the case. I then was asked to sign up for a $39 plan that would help with the cleaning costs that ended up costing me out of pocket over over $200 and required another visit to "polish" my teeth. The xray experience was borderline solicitation, in my opinion. To the size of my mouth, to labeled as "probing". I mean to be honest, there were comments like, we are going to "swing" alittle here, and thensome. I am not saying all Aspen Dental affiliates and offices are like this experience, but the one in Hutchinson, KS was questionable and more interested in "qualifying" me for a peanut butter sandwich. I called back to cancel my 2nd appointment, and to ask about waht happened to the free teeth cleaning. (which the ad was missing once I went back to check) The statement made was, "I don't control what is on the website".
      Violated verbally. Highly don't recommend, unless you are looking for more than getting your teeth cleaned.
      Because I have to leave a rating to post this. I do not agree with a rating at all.

      This clinic billed my Care Credit for over $6000, but only did about $1200 of work. They did prep work for a crown, but did not finish. They let me drive over an hour each way to tell me the crown was not finished and that they couldn't call me because their "phones were down". They said they'd call me when it came in. After more weeks (a month total), I had not heard back so I called them. No answer. More time went by and they finally answered only to tell me that they couldn't finish the crown at that time. I was in pain (their temporary had fallen off 5 times) and couldn't eat. I went to another dentist who was able to finish it in one day. That is, after she cleaned up the tooth and cement debris left by the dentist at Aspen. It appeared to be sloppy work. Now, over two months later, I am still trying to get them to credit what they overbilled Care Credit for. They also won't send my x-rays and records (that were paid for) to my new dentist. Every time I call, it's yet another excuse. I disputed the claim with Care Credit and they still haven't heard back from Aspen. This clinic did sloppy work, charged for "anticipated" but not performed work, and will not release records to other dentists.
